The main difference is the level of fat and the level of Milk Solids Non Fat (MSNF). Typically , unsalted would have 82.7% fat as 82% is only a minimum

Sweetened Condensed Milk:

also known as condensed milk, is cow's milk from which water has been removed and to which sugar has been added, yielding a very thick, sweet product.

We can supply 13Kg units or 60 (780Kg - full pallet)
Each unit is contained in a plastic polybox with cardboard outer. (as shown opposite)

Buttermilk Powder:

Description: Buttermilk Replacer is a blend of milk proteins, butter fat
and vegetable fat designed to replace buttermilk powder in a range of bakery and confectionery applications.
Product is free from antibiotics and pesticides.

Packaging: Multiwall paper sacks with a food grade inner liner. Net weight = 25 kg.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place at temperatures below 25© and at relative humidities below 65%.

Meadow Maid Milk Powder:

Description:  Meadow Maid is a dairy based ingredient designed to replace Skim Milk in a range of food applications.  Product is free from antibiotics and pesticides.

Description: Range of spray-dried fat powders with fat levels up to 80% and a choice of animal or vegetable fats of different origin.

Applications: Applicable as fat source, for example in bread products, bakery mixes, ice cream or in soups and sauces. It can also be used as milk fat replacer in dairy products.
