also known as condensed milk, is cow's milk from which water has been removed and to which sugar has been added, yielding a very thick, sweet product.

Each unit is contained in a plastic polybox with cardboard outer. (as shown opposite)

Description: Buttermilk Replacer is a blend of milk proteins, butter fat
and vegetable fat designed to replace buttermilk powder in a range of bakery and confectionery applications.
Product is free from antibiotics and pesticides.
