All our fruit comes boxed in a cardboard box with plastic liner to retain moisture and prevent the fruit drying out.

All fruit below can be sold in single units or as full pallet lots. Full pallet will contain approx 80 units.

Raisins

Raisins are dried grapes. They are produced in many regions of the world, such as Armenia, the United States, Australia, Chile, Argentina, Macedonia, Mexico, Greece, Syria, Turkey, India, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, China, Afghanistan, Togo, and Jamaica, as well as South Africa and Southern and Eastern Europe.

At Griffin Foods we favour the Turkish variety, Raisins may be eaten raw or used in cooking and baking.

Mixed Peel

At Griffin Foods our Ambrosio mixed peel is the perfect blend or orange and lemon peel that has been preserved in sugar syrup to give it a great, sweet taste for buns and cakes.
