EU category 2 sugar, high purity, low colour and sparkling crystals.

 


Caster Sugar   25Kg

Very fine evenly sized crystals, dissolves quickly and suitable for sprinkling as a finish.

 

Extra Fine Cane Sugar  25Kg

A specially selected fine granule sugar for use where small grain size is critical.

 

Finest Icing Cane Sugar  25Kg

A very pure white fine milled sugar for intricate sugar work.


Dark Brown Cane  25Kg

A soft fine grain brown sugar, dark colour, distinct flavour and aroma.

 

Golden Brown Cane Sugar  25Kg

A soft fine grain sugar with medium colour, flavour and aroma.

 

Light Brown Sugar  25Kg

A soft fine grain brown sugar with light colour, flavour and aroma.
