The “company” refers to Griffin Foods Ltd.
The “customer” refers to any persons entering into a contract by making a purchase from the company.

All information contained in our website has been compiled with our best intention
and accuracy. The company cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy that may appear due to mistakes or misprints.  We reserve the right to change without notice any item offered for sale, including prices or accompanying information.

A contract will only be accepted once goods have been paid for in full and despatched to the customer. Although we take appropriate measures to ensure your order leaves our premises in excellent condition we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur during the transportation of the goods. This aspect will be covered by the carrier’s insurance, although we will make every effort to ensure that the goods arrive in good order and on time. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be out of stock due to supply problems   Orders can only be processed and despatched from Monday to Friday. Once the order has been accepted by our company it is our intention is to deliver by the next working day or a future date given by the customer.  If for any reason we are unable to deliver at the agreed date one of our sales team will contact the customer and advise them of any delay.

The company can not accept responsibility for any allergic reaction caused by our products or for failures in the manufacture of other products containing goods purchased from our company. The company cannot accept responsibility for any injuries caused by or in connection with any of our products. We advise that all labels are read and any recommendations on the labels are adhered too. All our products are labelled with contents and date /batch codes. This ensures our full traceability of the product. Each product also bears a ‘best before date’.

We recommend that all our products be stored in an airtight container once opened and away from bright sunlight and strong flavours in a cool dry place. General refrigeration can be used as long as moisture does not get to the product.  Products should be used within their ‘best before date’ to get the best from the product. We can not be held responsible if this recommendation is not adhered to.

Collections from our Damastown warehouse can only be made by prior apppointment. This is due to Health and Safety regulations, as it is a working environment with fork lift trucks  operating and heavy lorries collecting / delivering.  If you require further information or clarification of any points here please contact our office.
