Shipping and Returns


On receipt of orders we will dispatch goods within 48hrs. We do not operate our own delivery vehicles. All orders are sent out by independent couriers during normal office hours. We cannot offer a timed delivery option and goods are delivered according to the route and schedule of an independent courier over which we have no control. You must inform us at time of ordering if there is any restrictions when delivering. Goods for delivery outside Dublin are normally sent on a truck, deliveries within Dublin are normally shipped on a van unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if details given are incorrect.


We try to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, however due to the nature of the goods we supply we do accept that from time to time there may be some damages. If you need to arrange a return in the event it is damaged, please call our sales team on (01) 8263960 and we will collect or replace at our cost. If there are individual items broken we will offer you a refund proportionate to the value of your order or send extra items on your next order to replace the broken items. Our sales team will be able to discuss this with you.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you and dispatch as soon as it arrives back into stock. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be reported to the company within two days of receipt.
